PTFE 特氟龍網(wǎng)格輸送帶
特氟龍網(wǎng)帶是以聚四氟乙烯(俗稱塑料王)乳液為原料，浸漬高性能玻纖網(wǎng)布而成，是一種高性能，多用途的復(fù)合材料新產(chǎn)品，因其優(yōu)異的各項(xiàng)性能，故被廣泛應(yīng)用在造紙、食品、環(huán)保、印染、服裝、化工、玻璃、醫(yī)藥、電子、絕緣、砂輪切片、機(jī)械等領(lǐng)域。
特氟龍網(wǎng)格輸送帶的主要特點(diǎn)：
1、用于低溫-70℃，高溫260℃之間，具有耐氣候性,抗老化。經(jīng)實(shí)際應(yīng)用,如在250℃高溫情況下連續(xù)放置200天，不但強(qiáng)度不會(huì)變低，而且重量也不減少;
2 、非粘著性：不易粘附任何物質(zhì)。易于清洗附著其表面的各種油漬、污點(diǎn)或其它附著物;漿糊、樹脂、涂料等幾乎所有粘著物質(zhì)都可簡(jiǎn)單地清除;
3、耐化學(xué)腐蝕，能耐強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿、王水及各種有機(jī)溶劑的腐蝕。
4、尺寸穩(wěn)定性好(延伸系數(shù)小于5‰)、強(qiáng)度高。具有良好的機(jī)械特性。
5、抗彎曲疲勞，可用于較小輪徑。
6、耐藥劑性、wu毒性。幾乎可耐所有藥劑物品。
7、防火阻燃。
8、透氣性---輸送帶的透氣率、減少熱源耗費(fèi)、提高干燥效率。
特氟龍網(wǎng)格輸送帶的應(yīng)用范圍：
A：紡織、印染： 印花烘干、漂染布烘干 、面料縮水烘干、無(wú)紡布烘干等烘道、烘房輸送帶。
B：絲網(wǎng)、印刷：松式烘干機(jī)、膠印機(jī)、UV系列光固機(jī)、紙張過(guò)油烘干、紫外線烘干、塑膠制品絲印烘干等烘道、烘房輸送帶。
C：其它物品：高周波烘干、微波烘干、各類食品冷凍及解凍、烘烤、包裝物品熱收縮、一般含水份物品烘干、熔劑型油墨的快速干燥等烘房導(dǎo)帶。 凡需要熱風(fēng)流場(chǎng)合及熱加工傳送條件，均適合使用特氟龍網(wǎng)帶。

Teflon mesh conveyor main features:

8,Breathability --- permeability conveyor belt to reduce the heat consumption, improve drying efficiency.

A:Textile, printing: printing drying, dyeing cloth drying, shrinking and drying fabrics, non-woven drying drying tunnel, drying room conveyor belt.
B: Screen printing: pine-dryer, offset, UV light curing machine, paper, oil drying, UV drying, plastic products, silk screen drying drying tunnel, drying room conveyor belt.
