硅膠布又稱夾布硅膠，是硅膠經(jīng)過高溫熱硫化做成具有耐酸堿、耐磨、耐高低溫、耐腐蝕的作用是一種應(yīng)用于化學工廠、煉油廠、港口及工業(yè)熱水和蒸汽輸送、汽車、醫(yī)療、潛水、食品、等行業(yè)的硅膠管，特別是一種以優(yōu)質(zhì)硅橡膠為原料的能承受高壓的多層耐高壓硅膠管。所述多層耐高壓硅膠管，由內(nèi)膠層、纖維編織加強層和外膠層組成，內(nèi)膠層為里層，內(nèi)膠層的外面包裹有纖維編織加強層，纖維編織加強層的外面包裹有外膠層。

用夾布硅膠制作的膠管具有使用壽命長、承受壓力大的優(yōu)點，其可承受1MPa-10MPa的壓力，比普通的高壓橡膠管使用壽命高3-5倍;具有明顯的環(huán)保優(yōu)勢。

硅膠布主要特點：

1、用于低溫-70℃到高溫230℃之間。

2、耐臭氧、氧、光及氣候老化，野外使用耐候性優(yōu)良，壽命可達10年。

3、具有高絕緣性能，介電常數(shù)3-3.2，擊穿電壓20-50KV/MM。

4、柔韌性好，表面摩擦力大，彈性好。

5、耐化學腐蝕。

硅膠布主要用途：

1.電氣絕緣：硅膠布具有較高的電絕緣等級，可承受高電壓負荷，可制成絕緣布、套管等產(chǎn)品。

2.非金屬補償器：硅膠布可作管道的柔性連接器件，硅橡膠 涂覆玻璃纖維膜結(jié)構(gòu)材料作為柔性膨脹節(jié)的基材.它可以解決熱脹冷縮對管道的破壞，硅膠布具有較高的耐高溫，防腐性，抗老化性 能，彈性及柔性良好，可廣泛應(yīng)用于石油，化工，水泥，能源等領(lǐng)域 。

3.防腐方面：硅橡膠涂覆玻璃纖維布，可作為管道，儲蓄的內(nèi)外防腐層，防腐性能優(yōu)良，強度高，是一種理想的防腐材料 。

4.其它領(lǐng)域：硅橡膠涂覆玻璃纖維膜結(jié)構(gòu)材料可應(yīng)用于建筑密封材料，高溫防腐輸送帶，包裝材料等領(lǐng)域。

5.硅膠布還分單面硅膠布和雙面硅膠布，另外還有高溫固化硅膠布和室溫固化硅膠布。

6.硅膠布的常規(guī)顏色是朱紅，藍灰、黑色、白色、其它顏色也可以可定做。
