PTFE 特氟龍網格輸送帶
特氟龍網帶是以聚四氟乙烯(俗稱塑料王)乳液為原料，浸漬高性能玻纖網布而成，是一種高性能，多用途的復合材料新產品，因其優異的各項性能，故被廣泛應用在造紙、食品、環保、印染、服裝、化工、玻璃、醫藥、電子、絕緣、砂輪切片、機械等領域。
特氟龍網格輸送帶的主要特點：
1、用于低溫-70℃，高溫260℃之間，具有耐氣候性,抗老化。經實際應用,如在250℃高溫情況下連續放置200天，不但強度不會變低，而且重量也不減少;
2 、非粘著性：不易粘附任何物質。易于清洗附著其表面的各種油漬、污點或其它附著物;漿糊、樹脂、涂料等幾乎所有粘著物質都可簡單地清除;
3、耐化學腐蝕，能耐強酸、強堿、王水及各種有機溶劑的腐蝕。
4、尺寸穩定性好(延伸系數小于5‰)、強度高。具有良好的機械特性。5、抗彎曲疲勞，可用于較小輪徑。
6、耐藥劑性、wu毒性。幾乎可耐所有藥劑物品。
7、防火阻燃。
8、透氣性---輸送帶的透氣率、減少熱源耗費、提高干燥效率。
特氟龍網格輸送帶的應用范圍：
A：紡織、印染： 印花烘干、漂染布烘干 、面料縮水烘干、無紡布烘干等烘道、烘房輸送帶。
B：絲網、印刷：松式烘干機、膠印機、UV系列光固機、紙張過油烘干、紫外線烘干、塑膠制品絲印烘干等烘道、烘房輸送帶。
C：其它物品：高周波烘干、微波烘干、各類食品冷凍及解凍、烘烤、包裝物品熱收縮、一般含水份物品烘干、熔劑型油墨的快速干燥等烘房導帶。 凡需要熱風流場合及熱加工傳送條件，均適合使用特氟龍網帶。

Teflon mesh conveyor main features:

4,Good dimensional stability (extension coefficient less than 5‰), high strength. Having good mechanical properties.
5,Resistance to bending fatigue, can be used for smaller wheel diameter.
6,Chemical resistance, non-toxic. Almost resistant to all pharmaceutical items.
7,Fire retardant.
8,Breathability --- permeability conveyor belt to reduce the heat consumption, improve drying efficiency.
Teflon mesh conveyor belt Application:
A:Textile, printing: printing drying, dyeing cloth drying, shrinking and drying fabrics, non-woven drying drying tunnel, drying room conveyor belt.
B: Screen printing: pine-dryer, offset, UV light curing machine, paper, oil drying, UV drying, plastic products, silk screen drying drying tunnel, drying room conveyor belt.
