特氟龍網格輸送帶的主要特點：

1、用于低溫-70℃，高溫260℃之間，具有耐氣候性,抗老化。經實際應用,如在250℃高溫情況下連續(xù)放置200天，不但強度不會變低，而且重量也不減少;

2 、非粘著性：不易粘附任何物質。易于清洗附著其表面的各種油漬、污點或其它附著物;漿糊、樹脂、涂料等幾乎所有粘著物質都可簡單地清除;

3、耐化學腐蝕，能耐強酸、強堿、王水及各種有機溶劑的腐蝕。

4、尺寸穩(wěn)定性好(延伸系數(shù)小于5‰)、強度高。具有良好的機械特性。

5、抗彎曲疲勞，可用于較小輪徑。

6、耐藥劑性、wu毒性。幾乎可耐所有藥劑物品。

7、防火阻燃。

8、透氣性---輸送帶的透氣率、減少熱源耗費、提高干燥效率。

特氟龍網格輸送帶的應用范圍：

A：紡織、印染：印花烘干、漂染布烘干、面料縮水烘干、無紡布烘干等烘道、烘房輸送帶。

B：絲網、印刷：松式烘干機、膠印機、UV系列光固機、紙張過油烘干、紫外線烘干、塑膠制品絲印烘干等烘道、烘房輸送帶。

C：其它物品：高周波烘干、微波烘干、各類食品冷凍及解凍、烘烤、包裝物品熱收縮、一般含水份物品烘干、熔劑型油墨的快速干燥等烘房導帶。凡需要熱風流場合及熱加工傳送條件，均適合使用特氟龍網帶。

Teflon mesh conveyor main features:
